During peak periods, processing may take an additional day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Standard Shipping

- Delivery time: 3-5 business days

- Cost: Free

Express Shipping

- Delivery time: 1–2 business days

- Cost: Calculated at checkout

Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier delays outside our control.


🏠 4. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
Final Touch AU is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect:

- Reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


📦 5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times and handling are managed by the courier.

We are not responsible for:

- Delays caused by shipping carriers

- Lost parcels due to courier error

- Parcels marked as “Delivered” by the courier

If your order arrives damaged:

- We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable
