🔄 Returns Policy – Final Touch AU

At Final Touch AU, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple 14-day return window.


1. Change of Mind Returns (14 Days)

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of your order being delivered, provided that:

- The sunglasses are unused, unworn, and in original condition

- All original packaging, cases, protective films, and accessories are included

- The item is not a clearance or final-sale product

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.


2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

After review, we will offer one of the following:

- A replacement

- Store credit

- A full refund

Return shipping costs are covered by us for faulty or incorrect items.


3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your sunglasses for another style or colour:

- Items must meet the same conditions as change-of-mind returns

- Customers pay return shipping for exchanges

- Customers pay the cost of sending out the replacement


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

- Used or worn sunglasses

- Final sale / clearance items

- Gift cards


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

- We will notify you of approval or rejection

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If your parcel is returned to us due to:

- An incorrect shipping address, or

- Failure to collect from the courier

You may choose to:

- Have the parcel reshipped at your own expense, or

- Receive store credit minus original shipping costs
